• Venue access and appropriate performance space.
• Required event permits, licenses, and permissions.
• Suitable sound equipment, DJ equipment, monitoring, lighting, and technical facilities.
• Adequate power supply and reasonable backstage facilities.
• Security, crowd management, and audience safety.
• Event promotion, ticketing, and venue operations.
• Any agreed travel, transport, and accommodation arrangements.
• Communicating material changes to the event schedule, venue, or performance conditions.

Any artist-specific technical rider or hospitality requirements supplied for an engagement should be reviewed and agreed upon before the event.

Cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, and refund arrangements for a performance will be governed by the applicable written booking agreement.

Event organizers should communicate changes as soon as reasonably possible.

Changes to the event date, venue, set time, performance duration, or agreed technical arrangements may require written approval from the relevant parties.

If an event is cancelled or materially changed, the parties should follow the agreed contractual terms regarding payments, deposits, refunds, expenses, and rescheduling.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Neither party should be treated as automatically responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, to the extent recognized under applicable law.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, public emergencies, transport disruptions, venue closures, civil disturbances, or other events that make a performance unlawful, unsafe, or impracticable.

The affected party should notify the other party as soon as reasonably practicable. The parties should discuss appropriate alternatives, including rescheduling or cancellation, in accordance with their written agreement and applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website, including the MANSDE name and branding, logos, original written content, photographs, graphics, videos, artwork, and other original materials, is owned by or used with permission by the relevant rights holders.
